Hot chili (not unbearably hot, though) with lots of minced meat, lots of beans, and maybe some onions and cheese too. Served with rice. No tomatoes. I can't stand the things.

Of course, all this comes from only sampling European chilis. I understand you Americans have much more experience in different types of chilis. I might want to actually go to the USA some time.
