Thanks. Although what you heard in Episode 1 was actually the product of our seventh recording session, because what came out of our first recording session was virtually unusable. With next week's episode, the recording quality will actually go down a little. Still perfectly acceptable, though.

> How did you record it with each of you on opposite coasts and how much editing did you have to do to get it to around an hour?

We used voice-over-IP software to communicate, and we each recorded our own side of the conversation, so we wind up with two separate tracks we can sync up afterwards. Then comes the most tedious step, which is editing out where we misspeak and stuff like that.

Anyway, we wind up with a pile of segments and stitch them up into episodes much later, picking a mix that approximates the running time and provides a good diversity of material.
