Super dumb . . . er, Dome

It's nice to see that the Super Dome in New Orleans has been repaired. I spent 5 days there at an NEA convention, and it is an impressive facility. But I can't help but think how much fill dirt could have been hauled into the city to bring it up to sea level, if the city fathers had decided to spend that $180,000,000 in that way. I suppose the revenue from football ticket sales influenced their choice.
