My favorite bad movies are early si fi stuff. Most are in black and white, and they appear to be made on a low budget. Space suits always seem to be made of aluminum foil and the helmet usually looks more like a bird cage or diving gear than a space helmet.

Death rays look like harmless beams of light and a rocket blasting into space seems to be powered by a small fire extinguisher.

And worst of all, when they land on distant planets, the landscape always looks like California. You have to love stuff like that.
