You're short at least one gold coin. She'll actually give you something that will apply to the hint she gave you. You CAN do something in the tower, if you can get up to the third level. Remember that soothsayer babbled about "reading everything twice?" Yeah...

I think I know which gold coin you're missing, but I've attached a link that hints at where all of them are. Keep working on the tower.
