My friend, Elmore, refers to his vintage Ford Escort as an "Off-Road Vehicle." He said it went off the road, down a bank, through a blackberry patch and into a ditch. He sometimes refers to it as a "sports car" because people are always making sport of it. I rode with Elmore the other day and I think it's really an "SUV." That means "slow, ugly, varmit." But he says his car saves a lot of gas. That's because most of the time it won't run. I know what you're thinking, but it's ok. Elmore doesn't have a computer.
