OK. I sort of understand that. This is a laptop, so I can ride down the road watching for it to find a wifi hotspot, and that means I a wardriving.

But riding means you might pass right through the hotspot before you can make any use of it. So, I will just type in such stuff as "Having a great time, glad I am here instead of you." This is placed into the outbox until I hit a hotspot and then I just hit "send." That way I am only using some total stanger's wireless network for a few seconds, and he probably won't notice.
