Poetry Pool

Lighthouse

The winds rushing the ocean waters,
Crushing against the mildewy rocks,
While the sea otters roam,
And the gulls fly in flocks.

The sound of the bagpipes flow
Through the whispery winds of the crisp clean air,
And the green pastures that lay before me
Are tinted with flowers fair.

The deer lie amongst
The wild fields of grain,
and the old cemetery across the way,
I can see through the pane.

Wildflowers bloom through everlasting fields,
And we see that through the world,
It is a fantastic sea of creatures
God has blessed us to enjoy.
