Reviews and Comments

Roger Moore made ffolkes right in the middle of his tenure as Bond, and it's interesting to see that the film's plot is very Bond-like, but Moore's character is a counterpoint to Bond himself. He's an eccentric lover of cats and convention and offers the British government the help of himself and his team of soldiers to oust hijacker Anthony Perkins from an offshore drilling rig. The plot, a sea-bound hijacking yarn, isn't particularly original, but it's executed competently and pokes just a little fun at itself.
